One of the most courageous things I've done was openly speaking about myself & my podcast ❤️

To have someone who is so open , sex postive & amazing that I'm in awe of ..  take on some amazing topics with me  that still shock our little Irish nation ..

Made me so proud.  It's a thing ❤️ before I had any more guests speak openly about themselves . I wanted to share my own truths . So others will understand .. 

Why I have my guests on.  What made me go down the sex postive route . 

I stand with every person I have on as a guest in courage & the one that champions change if you have ever felt weird , odd one out or out of place ... There's one person who knows that feeling ......ME 💯

Sexuality & wellness & relationships are so important to Empowerment.

Interviewed my Bel , an amazing  non binary person it's in those moments that two people that would have years ago been shamed for being who we are ..

To step into the shoes my own guests are in when speaking to me ..

What I hope to change when it comes to less Fecks more sex , Gender  norms , non monagamous beliefs & my own sex postive way of thinking ❤️ so basically my truths.   

I've been a nerverous bundle of energy sharing my own story & what makes me good at what I do ...🔞

It will either give people found for thought or make you think WTF ..

It will either give others an insight or make them think ...

They are the less fecks Podcaster for a reason , my passion shows ...

The day of our first date that evening it went live to the world ... how special ☺️

I would like to thank my partner  John Washington  for encouraging me to give myself the less fecks advice I give others ...

To stand beside me & to help me realise .. I needed to step out of my own comfort zone to make a change ❤️
